http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html lists the currently available localized versions of Firefox. Many of these are available as language packs to install on other versions of Firefox. The language packs are available on the Mozilla FTP server. For instance the langauge packs for Firefox 1.5.0.4 are available at ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5.0.4/win32/xpi/.

Tavultesoft have released KeymanWeb. KeymanWeb is a JavaScript multilingual web input interface that allows your web users to type in any language using their existing keyboard, supporting complex contextual input rules and on-screen "visual keyboards".
MyLanguage will implement KeymanWeb for minority languages supported by the MyLanguage portal.

Graphite is an open source font rendering system coordinated by SIL International. Experimental builds of Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird have been released that have been built with Graphite support.
