Win32 keyboard layouts
The Win32 keyboard layouts are free.
When installing keyboard layouts in Micrsoft Windows, you need to assign the keyboard layout to an input locale. Windows has no input locales for Harari. It is necessary to assign the keyboard layouts to other languages. Lâtin harfi and Sabai muxxi harfi are assigned to English () while Arabi muxxi harfi is assigned to Arabic (Saudi Arabia).
You can changes these assignments. Arabi muxxi harfi must be assigned to one of the Arabic input locales.
