Normalizing Dinka Uncode text

This Dinka CGI script allows you to type Dinka text in Unicode and then convert the text using three different conversion routines:

  1. convert text to Unicode Normalization Form C (NFC), i.e. fully precomposed text;
  2. convert text to Unicode Normalization Form D (NFD); i.e. fully decomposed text; and
  3. convert to NFC version, and then convert to HTML Numerical Character References (NCRs) using hexadecimal notation.
