Registration

To register for the conference, please downoad and complete the RTF (40kb) document. You must fill it out and mail or fax to Westgate Migrant Resource Centre, 78-82 Second Ave, Altona North, Victoria, 3025, Phone: 03 9391 3355 Fax: 03 9399 1796. There is no online registration.

• Please register early to avoid disappointment. You can pay by Bankcard, VISA, or Mastercard.
• Please complete a separate form for each person registering
• Please print clearly

Costs: Government and Business

• Days 1 and 2: $250, including GST
• Single Day registration: Day 1 or day 2: $150 including GST
• Day 3 (Technical workshop): $110 incl GST

Costs: Public Library

• Days 1 and 2: $120, including GST
• Single Day registration: Day 1 or day 2: $70 including GST
• Day 3 (Technical workshop): $60 incl GST

Costs: Community Sector and concessions

• Days 1 and 2: $90, including GST
• Single Day registration: Day 1 or day 2: $55 including GST
• Day 3 (Technical workshop): $60 incl GST

Conference Dining

Costs include morning and afternoon teas and lunches. There will be vegetarian food available.

While there is no formal conference dinner, there will an informal social occasion and à la carte drinks and buffet dining at Zagame's Caulfield Club Hotel, close to the Monash Caulfield Campus, on Monday 30 October, beginning around 5pm. In order to book the right number of tables, please let us know if you will attend by filling in the appropriate information on the registration form.

Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation is your own responsibility. Phone the RACV HolidayLine on 13 13 29 for more information. The Caulfield campus is well-served by public transport, and is close by the Caulfield Railway station, a 20 minute ride from the centre of Melbourne. There is also limited public parking nearby . If coming from Melbourne airport to the conference, allow for up to 1 hour travel time.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• You have the benefit of transferring or cancelling your booking without charge, provided seven (7) working days notice has been given before the conference
• In the event that you need to cancel or transfer your booking and are unable to provide seven (7) working days notice the full fee will apply.
• The Conference organisers are committed to meeting certain costs, which are non-refundable. Therefore, we know you will understand that with late cancellations/transfers the full fee will be automatically invoiced to all our clients.
• Each "No-Show" will be billed for the full cost of the conference.
• The Conference organisers reserve the right to cancel conference activities, without penalty, for reasons beyond our control
