Larry Stillman, VICNET. Larry has worked in community development and information services for the past decade. His current interests include multilingual applications for the internet, accessible design, and usability.

Andrew Cunningham, VICNET. Andrew has worked in public libraries with large numbers of migrant users. He has particular expertise in the development of multilingual websites.

Mark Samuel-King, Director, Westgate Migrant Resource Centre. Mark has been interested in community information issues for many years, including the provision of information to newly arrived communes.

Dr Josephine Ryan, Australian Catholic University. Dr Ryan is a lecturer in English Education at Australian Catholic University, St Patrick's Campus where she works with prospective primary and secondary teachers, and in teacher professional development.

Sue Scott is the Director of the Online Legal Access Project (OLAP). OLAP is a project of the Law Foundation of NSW and involves a number of research and policy initiatives designed to improve the accessibility and quality of online legal information.

Dr Kirsty Williamson is Director of Information and Telecommunications Needs Research, a joint venture of School of Information Management and Systems, Monash University and Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga.
