 The Open Road … exploring diversity on the web. 

The Open Road project, an initiative to assist public libraries and community organizations to explore the potential of using the internet to provide services to their diverse communities. The Open Road will explore issues relating to the both the provision of accessible internet access, and the provision of accessible community information.
